    Applicants who do not possess the above will be required to sit for the APU English Placement Test, and based on the outcome of the test, may be required to attend the APU Intensive English Programme (IEP) prior to commencement of the Foundation / Diploma programme.

    PART 1:
    This level prepares students for entry into Level 1 study and inculcates study skills and practices to develop effective communication skills. 

    PART 2:
    Level 1 of the Diploma covers aspects of software development; information and communications technology; and mathematics to provide you with sufficient knowledge and skills to progress into degree programmes. 

    Software Development Project 
    A software development project is carried out in groups to provide you with opportunity to produce a fully functional computer application simulating a real-world situation.
